A quick, easy and nutritious breakfast or any-time snack.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons Spelt Fiber Supplement
- 1 teaspoon natural brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
- 1 teaspoons bilberry or blueberry powder
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix in the sugar. Sprinkle the Spelt Fiber Supplement, berries and berry powder over the top.
