  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Spelt Fiber Supplement
  • 1 teaspoon natural brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 1 teaspoons bilberry or blueberry powder

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix in the sugar. Sprinkle the Spelt Fiber Supplement, berries and berry powder over the top.

Serves 1.
