A light and refreshing beverage for any time of the day and any time of the year.

Apple Smoothie

  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 organic cucumber with peel (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup organic plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons Spelt Fiber Supplement in original or seaberry
  • a few stalks of fresh chervil or basil

Cut the apples and cucumber into pieces. Place all ingredients into the jar of a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth. Check the flavor and sweeten with honey if desired. Serve chilled.
