These delicious and easy-to-make chocolate make the perfect gift – for yourself or for someone special.

Raw Chocolates
  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder (preferably raw cacao)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Spelt Fiber Supplement
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Melt the cocoa butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. Add the other ingredients one at a time, stirring continuously after each addition. Once all the ingredients have been added, continue stirring until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds or ice cube tray. Transfer the chocolate to the fridge and leave the chocolate to set for at least 1 hour. If you wish, sprinkle some cocoa powder over the chocolates before serving.

Makes approximately 16 chocolates.

Tip: if you’d like to create new flavors, try adding dried berry powders or spices to the warm chocolate mixture before pouring it into the molds.
